I’m a registered dietitian/nutritionist, yoga teacher, (soon-to-be) certified intuitive eating specialist, wife and mom to twin boys and 2 cats. I began my college career in journalism, as I love to write, and ended with dietetics, as I love food. I am passionate about health, nutrition, fitness that’s fun, and positive body image. Rather than thinking of me as a dietitian, think of me as a nutritional counselor. I teach a non-diet approach to eating and living life. I believe in eating nourishing foods, listening to your physical hunger cues, and living life to the fullest.
